وقراءته مَعَ قارئتهم يقرءُون الْقُرْآن لَا يُجَاوز حَنَاجِرهمْ
And his recitation compared to their recitation; they recite the Quran, but it does not go beyond their throats.
يَقْرَؤُونَ — they recite. This is a present-tense verb for 'they', and its kept final n shows the full indicative shape, a plain statement of fact with no particle bending its ending. It describes their reciting as a real, ongoing action.
