صَالِحَةً — righteous. An adjective in the object-style ending because it is the predicate of the 'to be' verb: that verb puts its predicate into the accusative-style ending, unlike a plain noun sentence. صَالِحَةً — righteous. This is the predicate adjective of the 'was' clause, and its accusative ending is the grammatical fingerprint of the verb 'to be': that verb leaves its subject in the nominative but stamps its predicate into the accusative. The feminine shape also agrees with the feminine inner state it describes.
