  In one narration they come to me and say, "O Muhammad, you are the Messenger of God and the Seal of the Prophets, and your past and future sins have been forgiven."

  وَخَاتِمُ — and Seal. 'wa-' adds a second title and the noun 'Seal' heads a fresh 'of' pair with the following 'prophets'; the word bundles 'and' plus the head of that possessive chain. Two titles are linked by the prefix.
