وَالِاسْتِعَانَةُ — and the seeking help. This is the bound wa- 'and' plus al- 'the' plus an action-noun, 'and the seeking of help', coordinated onto the previous 'much supplication'. As a verb turned noun it names the act of asking aid, and the wa- joins it as a further part of the path; it serves as a subject-like topic.

وَالاسْتِعَانَةُ — and the seeking of help. The 'and' prefix joins a second subject, and this noun also carries 'the'. A coordinated noun keeps the same case as the one it is joined to, so it shares the subject ending, adding seeking-help alongside reliance.
