Arabic vocabulary
How to say “some of them” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَقَدْ رُوِيَّنَا عَنْ ابْنِ عَائِشَةَ أَحَادِيثًا مِلَاحًا فِي بَعْضِهَا رِفْثٌ،
And indeed we have narrated from Ibn Aisha hadiths that are witty, and some of them contain obscenity.
بَعْضِهَا — some of them. A 'some / a portion' word ending in -ha 'them', so it bundles 'some' with the group it draws from. The -ha points back to the reports named earlier, marking this as 'some of them' and tracking that earlier plural across the sentence.
