الْمَطْلُوبَ — the sought one. A passive participle 'the one sought after', the object, accusative ('-a'), definite — the hunted (the Prophet). The participle frames him as the object of the search.

وَمَطْلُوبَهُ — and his desire. The 'and' prefix joins a second object, and the attached 'his' points back to the servant as owner. A coordinated noun keeps the same object ending, adding 'his desire' alongside 'his goal'.
