وَمِنْ هَا هُنَا أَخْذُ الْقَائِلَ قَوْلِهِ الشَجَاعَةِ صَبْرُ سَاعَةٍ

الْقَائِلَ — the speaker. A definite noun ('the speaker') functioning as the doer within the action-noun phrase ('the speaker's taking'). It names who borrowed the saying, completing the possessive sense of the action-noun.
