The science of Qur'anic recitation and Tajweed:
وَالتَّجْوِيدِ — and Tajweed. The conjunction adds a second owner under 'the science of', namely the rules of recitation, genitive and definite. One head noun, 'science', governs both owners joined by 'and', so the discipline covers both recitation and its rules.

تَجْوِيدِهَا — its recitation. This noun, its recitation, is a verbal noun in the genitive after the preposition, with the possessor attached pointing back to the Book. The verbal noun names reciting as a thing, and the suffix tracks what is recited.
