He said, "Indeed, those who give abundantly will be the few on the Day of Resurrection."
الْمُقِلُّونَ — the few. A participle naming a group, 'the ones with little', in the basic subject form. It is the predicate of the sentence, the surprising thing said about the abundant givers: on the Day they turn out to be the few.
