أَنَّ الَّذِيَ دَلَّ حَوَّاءَ عَلَى الْأَكْلِ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ هِيَ الْحَيَّةُ،
That the serpent was the one who led Eve to eat from the tree.
الَّذِيَ — the one who. A relative word 'the one who', serving as the subject of the 'that' clause, but it shows the accusative form because 'anna' governs it. It stands in for the guilty party and is launched into a clause describing what that party did.
