أَنَّ الَّذِيَ دَلَّ حَوَّاءَ عَلَى الْأَكْلِ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ هِيَ الْحَيَّةُ،
That the serpent was the one who led Eve to eat from the tree.
الشَّجَرَةِ — the tree. The definite object of 'from', hence genitive after that relator. With 'al-' it is the specific tree, the source from which the eating took place.
