يَا أَيُّهَا السَّائِلُ عَنْ مَنْزِلِي نَزَلْتُ فِي الْخَانِ عَلَى نَفْسِي،
O questioner who asks about my dwelling, I stayed at the inn by myself.
السَّائِلُ — the questioner. The al- makes this definite, 'the' questioner, the one being addressed in the call. It is the noun the vocative 'O you...' points at, naming who the speaker turns to in this opening address.
