أَلَا وَإِنَّ فِي الْجَسَدِ مُضْغَةً إذَا صَلَحَتْ صَلَحَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ،
Indeed, in the body there is a morsel of flesh which, if it is sound, the whole body is sound,
صَلَحَتْ — it is sound. The '-at' ending is the feminine subject 'it', agreeing with the feminine 'morsel'. The verb is 'becomes sound, is in good order', the condition: 'if it is sound...'.
