If he is content with less than satiety, his body is well-nourished, and his soul and heart are in good condition.
بِدُونِ — with less than. This is a preposition meaning 'with less than', built from 'with' plus a word for 'without/short of', and it forces the following noun into the genitive. It frames the amount as falling short of fullness.
