فَأَتَاهُ الرَّسُولُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّّيَ بِالنَّاسِ
A messenger came to him and said that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him, commands you to lead the people in prayer.
تُصَلِّّيَ — you lead. A present-tense causative-shaped verb ('to lead in prayer') in the subjunctive after the particle before it; the mood marks the leading as the ordered goal. Its 'you' subject is built into its shape.
