وَلَا يَزَالُ الرَّجُلُ يَكْذِبُ وَيَتَحَرَّى الْكَذِبَ حَتَّى يُكْتَبَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ كَذَّابًا
And a man continues to lie and to seek falsehood until he is recorded with God as a liar.
كَذَّابًا — a liar. A noun 'a great liar' in the object case, naming the status the man is recorded as. The recording verb takes such a complement in the object case; the intensive shape of the word stresses a habitual liar.
