كما أقسم في أول السورة على حال الانسان في مبدئه ومعاده
As He swore at the beginning of the chapter about the human state at creation and return.
مَبْدَئِهِ — his creation. A noun 'his beginning/origin' with an attached 'his' ending pointing back to the human, held in the genitive by 'in'. The single word carries noun and possessor.

It is enough for a person to consider all that they see and do not see with their eyes, and their origin of creation and formation.
وَمَبْدَإِ — and the origin. A noun 'beginning/origin of' opening an 'of' pairing with the next word, joined by the leading 'and'. As the possessed head it carries no 'the' of its own and continues the list of things to consider.
