وكل من هَذِه الْأَقْسَام يُسمى حرفا
And each of these categories is called a letter.
الْأَقْسَامِ — categories. Genitive after the demonstrative — 'the divisions, classes'. Broken plural of 'qism'; the three categories just named.
From: The Declaration of Faith →ففي ضمن هذا القسم أن كل ما يرى ومالا يرى آية ودليل على صدق رسوله
Within this oath, it is implied that everything seen and not seen is a sign and evidence of the truth of His Messenger.
الْقِسْمِ — oath. The noun 'oath' with 'the', the owning noun completing 'within this oath', in the owner form of the chain. The demonstrative and this noun together specify exactly which oath is meant.
