For if you benefit and make a covenant with God, then I have perceived goodness in you,
عَقْدًا — a covenant. This indefinite noun, 'a covenant', is the direct object of 'you made', in the object ending. The plain undefined ending marks it as a newly mentioned thing, and the object ending shows it is what was bound or contracted.
