وَيُصَدِّقَهُ بِكَلَامِهِ وَقَوْلِهِ، ثُمَّ يُقِيمُ الدَّلِيلَ الْقَاطِعَ عَلَى أَنَّ هَذَا قَوْلُهُ وَكَلَامُهُ
And verify him with His speech and declaration, then establish the definitive proof that this is His statement and speech.
الْقَاطِعَ — the definitive. This adjective 'the decisive/conclusive' describes 'the proof', agreeing with it in definiteness and the object ending. It characterizes the proof as one that cuts off doubt, built from a root about cutting; its matching ending ties it to the noun.
