الأَدِلَّةَ — the arguments. 'the proofs', accusative object; broken plural of 'dalil'.

And using general evidence, where it has a connotation, in a way that requires reconciling contradictions.
بِالأَدِلَّةِ — with the evidence. 'by the proofs' — 'bi' (by means of) plus a definite genitive; what they argue with.

Then there are those who interpret by their own opinion without valid evidence.
دَلِيلٍ — evidence. A proof or indicator, owned by 'other than' — 'without proof.' Indefinite and in the -i form (the '-in'), it is exactly what these interpreters lack, the missing ingredient the author is pointing to.

Part of its etiquette is that a person maintains intellectual humility: seeing the evidence, recognizing the limits of his understanding, and remembering that the objectives are broader than a single issue.
الدَّلِيلَ — the evidence. 'the proof / evidence,' in the -a form as object of 'sees.' The humble person sees the evidence for what it is — neither ignoring it nor overrating his own grasp of it.

And there is no necessary relationship between them to make one a proof of the possibility of the other.
دَلِيلًا — a proof. This noun lacks 'the' and ends in the indefinite mark, so it means 'a proof', some proof. It is the second object of the making verb, hence its accusative ending, and its indefiniteness is shown by the ending rather than a word like 'a'.

And in attributing it to him as a message is the clearest evidence that it is the speech of the sender.
دَلِيلٍ — evidence. 'Evidence' as the owning noun after 'clearest', forming 'clearest of evidence'. It is indefinite and stands in the owner form, which Arabic uses to link a superlative to the category it tops, much like English 'clearest of all evidence'.

Within this oath, it is implied that everything seen and not seen is a sign and evidence of the truth of His Messenger.
وَدَلِيلٌ — and evidence. An 'and' fused to an indefinite noun 'evidence', a second predicate joined to 'a sign', 'a sign and evidence'. It pairs a near-synonym to reinforce the point.

Just as the Messenger of Allah did not abandon trust in God by concealing his departure from Mecca, hiring a guide, and ensuring his secrecy.
دَلِيلًا — a guide. This noun is the thing hired and is the object of the action-noun 'hiring', so it sits in the object form. Its bare ending marks it indefinite, 'a guide'.

And that which is derived and supported by evidence
الدَّلِيلُ — the evidence. A noun with 'the', 'the evidence', the delayed subject of 'stands'. Arabic often puts the verb before its subject, so this names what does the standing-upon, here the proof.
