وَادَّعَى اِبْنُ عَبْدِ الْقَادِرِ عَلَى الشَّيْخِ أَنَّهُ تَصَرُّفٌ فِي وَقْفِ الْمَدْرَسَةِ،
And the son of the servant of the capable accused the sheikh of having dealt with the school's endowment.
وَقْفِ — endowment. A noun 'endowment' — a technical term for a charitable trust — that is the first half of an 'of' possessive pair, governed into the genitive by the 'in' preposition and waiting for its owner-noun.
