وَادَّعَى اِبْنُ عَبْدِ الْقَادِرِ عَلَى الشَّيْخِ أَنَّهُ تَصَرُّفٌ فِي وَقْفِ الْمَدْرَسَةِ،
And the son of the servant of the capable accused the sheikh of having dealt with the school's endowment.
القَادِرِ — the capable. A definite name-element 'the Capable' completing the compound name as its owner, in the genitive as the final member and lending definiteness back through the construct. Together the chain names the accuser.
