By God, you have lied, O enemy of God.
عَدُوُّ — enemy. A noun 'enemy' opening an 'of' pairing, owned by the divine name to follow; as the addressed front of the vocative it takes the calling form's ending. It pairs directly with the next word with no separate 'of'.

Then Abdullah said, "That one is the enemy of the Jews from among the angels."
عَدُوُّ — enemy. A noun 'enemy' that is both the predicate of 'that one is' and the head of an ownership pairing with 'the Jews'. As head it leans on the noun after it for definiteness, building 'the enemy of the Jews'.
