وَلَيْسَتْ قُوَّةُ الشَّيْطَانِ بِأَكْثَرِ قُوَّةٍ مِنْ مَغْفِرَةِ الرَّحْمَنِ فِي قُلُوبِ أَهْلِ الإِيمَانِ
Satan's power is not greater than the forgiveness of the Merciful in the hearts of the believers.
الإِيمَانِ — faith. Definite by 'al-', the final owner of the chain 'the people OF FAITH', in the genitive ending the pairing forces. It closes the chain and pins down which hearts are meant, those of the believers.

الإِيمَانِ — of faith. A definite noun 'faith', the final owning term of the layered chain 'delight of the eye of faith', hence the genitive. It closes the nested construct, supplying definiteness up the chain. The whole set phrase praises him as the comfort of believing eyes.
