وَلَيْسَتْ قُوَّةُ الشَّيْطَانِ بِأَكْثَرِ قُوَّةٍ مِنْ مَغْفِرَةِ الرَّحْمَنِ فِي قُلُوبِ أَهْلِ الإِيمَانِ
Satan's power is not greater than the forgiveness of the Merciful in the hearts of the believers.
قُلُوبِ — hearts. A plural noun ('hearts') heading an 'of' pairing 'hearts OF the people of faith', in the genitive ending under the preceding 'in'. It drops its own 'al-' and takes definiteness from the chain that follows.

قُلُوبِ — hearts. A plural noun, 'hearts', governed by the preceding 'toward' and so in the 'of' (genitive) ending. It is also the head of a further possessive chain, owning 'His servants', giving 'the hearts of His servants'.
