لكن على نَفسه قوي قلبه بِبِشَارَة ﴿لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعنا﴾
But in himself, his heart was strengthened by the glad tidings, 'Do not grieve; indeed, Allah is with us.'
بِبِشَارَةٍ — by the glad tidings. 'Bi-' (by) fused with 'good news', genitive (the tanwin), indefinite — 'by a glad tiding'. The 'bi-' marks the means by which his heart was strengthened.
