وسُبحانَ ربّي الأعلى في السجود؛ لأنّها ثناءٌ وتعظيمٌ وإقرارٌ بالعبودية
and "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High" in prostration, because it is praise, glorification, and an acknowledgment of servitude.
وَتَعْظِيمٌ — and glorification. 'and magnifying', a second nominative predicate joined by 'wa'. The chain of three nouns spells out everything the formula amounts to.

تَعْظِيمُهُ — venerating it. An action packaged as a noun — 'the honoring of it' — with 'it' (the Book) attached. Arabic often lists obligations as such action-nouns rather than as commands, and this one continues the run of things counsel requires.
