وَتِلَاوَتِهِ — recite it. Another action-noun joined by 'and' — 'reciting it.' Listing duties as nouns lets them be strung together smoothly; the attached 'it' keeps each one pointed back at the Book.

تِلَاوَتِهِ — recitation his. Owner in 'the due of its recitation,' in the -i form. The phrase doubles back on 'reciting' to insist on doing it properly — reciting it as its own recitation rightly demands.

التِّلَاوَةِ — recitation. After 'in,' this takes the -i ending; with 'the' it points to the act of recitation itself as the occasion for sounding the letters. The phrase locates the duty: when you recite.
