سُكْنَى — dwelling. This is 'dwelling, residing' heading a possessive pairing with the noun after it, 'dwelling in the gardens'. It is a verbal noun naming the act as a thing, and the object of 'brings about', so it takes the accusative while owning the noun that follows.
