الذُّلِّ — of humiliation. al- = 'the'; the 'of…' word: 'of humiliation, lowliness'.
From: Returning to God →يُقَالُ دَنَّتْهُ فَدَانَ أَيْ أَذَلَّلْتُهُ فَذُلٌّ
It is said: it humbled him and he submitted; that is, I humbled him and then humiliation.
فَذُلٌّ — then humiliation. A 'so/then' opener fused to an indefinite noun 'humiliation', showing the outcome. The 'so' marks the result of the humbling, and the noun names the state that follows, the consequence of the act.

And worship, in its original sense, also means humility.
الذُلُّ — humility. A definite noun 'humility/lowliness' serving as the predicate of the little clause, in the subject (nominative) form. It states what the original meaning of worship is, equated with no verb 'is'.

Then that humiliation will be tested that day until its good is revealed from its evil, its deliverer from its destroyer, and what was for God from what was not for Him.
ذُلُّكَ — that humiliation. This noun carries an attached '-your' on its end, binding the humiliation to a second person being addressed. Arabic hooks the possessor directly onto the noun as a suffix, so the single word states both the thing and whose it is, where English needs the separate word 'your'.
