فيقول الناس ألا ترون إلى ما أنتم فيه إلى ما بلغكم، ألا تنظرون من يشفع لكم إلى ربكم؟
Then the people will say: "Do you not see the state we are in and what has come upon us? Will you not look for someone to intercede with your Lord for us?"
يَشْفَعُ — to intercede. A present-tense verb with 'he' built into its shape, describing the action of the unnamed someone: to intercede. It heads the clause that defines the person being sought, telling you what they are wanted for.
