فيستحي ربه أَن يرَاهُ على مَا يكره
So the servant is ashamed that his Lord might see him in what He dislikes.
فَيَسْتَحِي — so he is ashamed. 'Fa-' (so) plus a present-tense form-X verb 'feels shame / shyness', subject 'he' inside. The result: the servant grows ashamed before God.

The wise one is he who reflects on his beginning and his end, and feels shy before Allah to disobey Him,
فَيَسْتَحِي — and feels shy. The joined 'so' plus a present-tense verb carrying its own 'he' subject, marking the result of reflecting: he feels shame. The 'so' ties the shame to the reflection as its outcome.
