The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'What makes you say 'How wonderful'?'
يَحْمِلُكَ — makes you. A present-tense verb with 'you' attached as object, 'it carries/drives you', the subject being the questioning 'what'. The single word fuses the verb with its object pronoun; here it means 'what makes you', the suffix marking the addressee as the one prompted.
