أَكْذَبُ — is the most false. This is the most-form of the adjective, the shape Arabic uses for 'the most' of a quality, here 'most false'. The single word carries the superlative idea with no separate word for 'most', and it is the first noun of a pairing with what follows, meaning 'most false of speech'.
