Arabic vocabulary
يُطِيعُهُ is how you say “obey Him” in Arabic. Hear it pronounced and see it used in a real example sentence from classical texts below.
وَيُقَالُ يَدَيْنِ اللَّهِ وَيَدَيْنِ لِلَّهِ أَيْ يَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ وَيُطِيعُهُ وَيَخْضَعُ لَهُ
And it is said: he submits to God; that is, he worships God, obeys Him, and submits to Him.
وَيُطِيعُهُ — and he obeys Him. The connecting 'and' fused to a verb 'obeys' with 'Him' attached as object, the suffix pointing to God. The 'and' adds this to the gloss, and the verb carries its own 'he' subject.
