أمّا إذا أتمَّ فريضةً بالتيمم ثم استمر وجودُ الماء بعد السلام، بَطَلَ تيممُه فلا يستبيح به نافلةً
If one completed an obligatory prayer with Tayammum and then water became available after the Salam, their Tayammum is void, and they cannot perform a voluntary prayer with it.
فَرِيضَةً — an obligatory prayer. 'an obligatory [prayer],' in the -a form as object of 'completed,' indefinite. It names what he finished — a required prayer, the kind whose status the rule now examines.

One cannot pray with the same Tayammum except for one obligatory prayer.

الْفَرِيضَةِ — obligatory acts. Definite by al' and genitive by the preposition; it names the obligatory acts the dead hearts are pushed toward.
