وإن كان مما لا يدرك بالاجتهاد كالأمور التي طريقها النقل وتفسير الألفاظ اللغوية فلا يجوز الكلام فيه إلا بنقل صحيح من جهة المعتمدين من أهله

المُعْتَمَدِينَ — reliable. A passive participle, 'those who are relied upon,' in its plural -in as owner of 'the authority of.' Built from a verb 'to rely on,' it names the authorities whose word can be trusted.

الْمُعْتَمَدِينَ — reliable authorities. Again 'those relied upon,' the trusted authorities, in the plural -in after the preposition. He may carry their interpretation — the authority rests with them, he is only the conduit.
