وإن كان مما لا يدرك بالاجتهاد كالأمور التي طريقها النقل وتفسير الألفاظ اللغوية فلا يجوز الكلام فيه إلا بنقل صحيح من جهة المعتمدين من أهله

نَقْلُهُمْ — their reporting. An action-noun ('reporting') carrying the attached possessor '-hum' = 'their'. It is the subject of the 'to be' verb, and the suffix builds the possession directly into the noun: the act of reporting belongs to them.
