The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: A human fills no container worse than his stomach.
بَطْنِهِ — his stomach. This is 'his stomach', the noun after 'than', in the genitive because of it, with the attached 'his' pointing back to the human. It is the vessel being judged the worst to fill.
