وَإِنَّا نُقَلِّبُ أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَّا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ
And indeed We will cause their hearts and their sights to turn just as they did not believe in it the first time.
يُؤْمِنُوا — they believe. A present-tense verb whose ending is trimmed because the preceding negation particle demands that shortened mood and flips it to past 'did not believe'. Its plural 'they' subject lives inside the form.
