وَإِنَّا نُقَلِّبُ أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَّا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ
And indeed We will cause their hearts and their sights to turn just as they did not believe in it the first time.
كَمَّا — just as. A particle meaning 'just as', setting up a comparison between two parallel situations. It links the turning of hearts to the earlier refusal, telling the listener the second clause measures against the first.
