  And their saying: 'What you sow, you reap' is mentioned in His saying: 'Whoever does evil will be recompensed for it.'

  تَحْصِدْ — you reap. Present-tense 'you reap', also clipped into the jussive because it is the result half of the conditional, the 'then' answering the 'if you sow'. Both verbs share this shortened mood, which is how Arabic ties a consequence to its condition. The matching forms bind cause to effect.
