  And their saying: 'What you sow, you reap' is mentioned in His saying: 'Whoever does evil will be recompensed for it.'

  تَزْرَعْ — you sow. Present-tense 'you sow', addressed to one male, but its ending is clipped into the jussive mood because the conditional 'whatever' governs it. That shortened form is the grammatical mark that this is the 'if' half of a condition, not a plain statement. The mood, not a separate word, signals the conditional.
