اعْلَمْ أَنَّ مُطْلَقَ الْهَوَى يَدْعُو إِلَى اللَّذَّةِ الْحَاضِرَةِ مِنْ غَيْرِ فِكْرٍ فِي عَاقِبَةٍ
Know that unchecked desire calls towards immediate pleasure without considering the consequences.
مُطْلَقَ — unchecked. First half of a possessive pair, 'the unchecked-ness of (desire)'. It carries the accusative ending because the connector before it governs it, and it passes its 'the' on to the noun that completes the pair.
