فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا﴾ النساء ٥٩ سورة النساء آية ٥٩
Refer the matter to Allah and the Messenger if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is better and best in final interpretation. Chapter The Women, verse 59.
تُؤْمِنُونَ — you believe. A present-tense verb with its 'you all' subject built in, completing the 'if you are believing' phrase set up by the previous verb. The pairing turns a single state into an ongoing 'you keep believing'.
