يَقُول كل توجه إِلَى الله وَحده بقول أَو عمل فَهُوَ تَوْحِيد
He says that every orientation to Allah alone, whether by word or action, is monotheism.
وَحْدَهُ — alone. 'alone', an accusative adverbial with 'him' attached, restricting the turning to Allah only. It is built as a fixed manner-word, hence the accusative even mid-phrase.
