وَقَالَ تَعَالَىٰ ﴿وَإِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا لَا يَضُرُّكُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا﴾
And the Most High said: "And if you are patient and are God-fearing, their plotting will not harm you at all."
تَصْبِرُوا — you are patient. A second-person plural present verb 'you are patient', addressed to a group; its plural ending bundles the 'you all' subject inside the verb. Under the 'if' it expresses the supposed conduct.
