دَلَالَةٌ — a connotation. 'an indication, signification', nominative — the thing it 'has'.

Rather, how can it befit Him to endorse him with all types of confirmations, affirming him by acknowledging him with signs that necessitate his truthfulness, whose implications for confirmation are like confirmation by word.
دَلَالَتُهَا — their implications. This pairs the noun 'indication/signification' with an attached 'their', the subject of the relative clause, made definite by the possessor. The attached owner points back to the signs, so it means 'whose indication'. It heads the comparison that follows.

كَدَلَالَةِ — are like. This fuses 'like/as' onto the noun 'indication', the front of an 'of' pair, 'like the indication of confirmation', genitive after the comparison preposition. The 'like' particle sets up the comparison and forces the genitive; the noun owns the genitive after it.
