فإن كان الشاعر بليغا مفوها مقداما على الكذب في لهجته
If the poet is eloquent, articulate, and bold in deceitfulness in his speech,
الْكِذْبِ — deceitfulness. Genitive after the preposition, this names what the poet is bold at: lying. It is the thing he ventures on without restraint. Its ending is set by the preposition governing it.
